The world’s first Windows XP based smart phone / handheld device, the xpPhone would perhaps be powered by AMD ultra-low consuming super mobile processor and is likely to be prices between US $400 and $ 650, going by all the unconfirmed reports in tech world.

The sexy xpPhone runs Windows XP operating system (same as desktop version ), and is equipped with a full QWERTY keyboard along with a large 4.8-inch full touchscreen color display having 800 x 480 pixels resolution.  The handheld is powered by AMD ultra-low-consuming Super Mobile processor and would most likely features SSD based storage (upto 36-GB), 512 MB or 1GB SDRAM, WiFi 802.11 b/g wireless networking, built-in webcam and atleast a single USB 2.0 port.

The xpPhone also offers voice calling capabilities and ITG are offering preorders for the stylish handheld specified with various modular radios making it suitable for various GSM 3G standards in both North America and Europe in addition to CDMA/EVDO and TD-SCDMA/TD-HSDPA mobile network technologies.
