OpenDesktop.org Launches Open-PC netTop Powered by Intel Dual-Core ATOM Processor
OpenDesktop.org has announced the launch of their new Open-PC netTop PC that is powered by Intel Ultra Low Voltage ATOM processor and features integrated Intel 3D graphics.
The Open-PC Nettop is claimed to be totally open computer that works with freely available device drivers and open source free software and applications.
The Open-PC Nettop is equipped with 1.6 GHz Intel ULV ATOM N330 dual-core processor and it comes with 3-GB DDR2 RAM, ASRock motherboard and 160-GB SATA 7200 HDD.
Sporting Mini ITX-Case CPU cabnet with 250 Watt SMPS, the Open-PC Nettop also comes with integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator GMA 950 graphics with shared video memory capable of delivering 1024 x 800 pixels screen resolution in 16 million colors.
