Nokia has announced a new Smarphone called Nokia X6 which comes with upto 128-GB internal memory and features a large 3.2-inch widescreen Capacitive touchscreen for an enhanced multimedia experience and offers 35 hours of non-stop music play capability.

Quadband GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and 3G HSDPA 900/1900/2100 MHz ready Nokia X6 smartphone comes equipped with 3.2 inch 360 x 640 pixels wide 16M colors capable TFT Capacitive touchscreen and features Proximity sensor for auto phone turn off and Accelerometer sensor for auto rotate.

Featuring scratch resistant glass display, the Nokia X6 offers 16-GB/32/64 and even 128-GB of internal memory but does NOT sport memory card slot.

Available with four colors, all black, all white, white with pink highlights and white with yellow highlights, the new Nokis X6 smartphone  offers GPRS class 32, EDGE class 32, 3G HSDPA @ 3.6 Mbps connection, WiFi 802.11a/b/g wireless network connection and has Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP support.

Also equipped with microUSB 2.0 port connection, the Nokia X6 comes with 5 megapixel autofocus camera with 2592 x 1944 pixels resolution, Carl Zeiss optics and built-in dual LED flash. The camera is also video recording capable offering full VGA resolution @ 30 fps and offers Geo-tagging feature.

Armed with ARM 11 434 MHz Processor the Nokia X6 smartphone is powered by Symbian OS 9.4 Series 60 rel 5 and it also features built-in Stereo FM radio with RDS, integrated GPS receiver with A-GPS support offering Nokia’s free Ovi Maps 3.0, media player supporting MP3/WMA/WAV/RA/AAC/M4A files and video player supporting WMV/RV/MP4/3GP files.

The new Nokia X6 smartphone also sports a dedicated TV out port for direct connection to home TV via audio+video out options, 3.5mm audio out port and comes with Asphalt4, DJ Mix tour and Spore applications.

Other feature of Nokia X6 includes 3D stereo ringing tones, Up to 64 Polyphonic Midi, MP3 tones, video ringing tone, Video Ring Tones,  Full Web browser (OSS) v 7, Macromedia Flash Lite 3.1 support,  Ovi services: Ovi Music, Ovi Store, Nokia Messaging, Ovi Maps with free navigation, Ovi Share, Ovi Contacts, Ovi Files, Ovi Suite,  Online Share, Switch, Playlist DJ, Shazam, Online Search, Email clients, Email Settings wizard,  Downloadable Symbian (sis), Java applications and w idget, 3 games included! Spore by EA, Asphalt4 and DJ Mix Tour by Gamelof, up to 20 favorite contacts on the home screen.

Equipped with 1320 mAh Li-Ion battery that offers upto 400 hrs standby time and 8 hours of talktime, the new Nokia X6 16-GB model would retails for about US $455 in Azure, Black, Amethyst colors in Q3 2010.
