MSI has announced, ahead of CeBIT tradeshow in Hanover (Germany), its new MSI GT660 Gaming Notebook PC which features Intel Quad Core i7 Processors and GeForce GTX 285M which is NVIDIA’s fastest notebook GPU for extreme gamers.

The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285M notebook GPU in MSI GT660 Gaming notebook PC deliver blistering fast framerates for the most intense gaming experience and is equipped with CUDA technology that accelerate the most demanding system tasks – such as video transcoding – delivering incredible performance improvements over traditional CPUs. It also offers PhysX gaming effects, stereoscopic 3D, and lightning fast video and image processing all accelerated by the GPU.

The new MSI GT660 Gaming Notebook  is lightweight and it offers Intel Core i7 Quad-Core Processor with 3MB L2 cache @ 1066 MHz FSB and includes upto 12-GB DDR3 1066 MHz RAM in 3 RAM slots and upto 1-TB internal hard drive capacity.

With Windows 7 preloaded, the MSI GT660 Gaming notebook features WSVGA LED backlite display (no news about the exact size as yet) powered by discrete NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285M notebook GPU with 1-GB DDR3 dedicated video memory (which does not support DirectX 11) and  it includes WiFi 802.11b/g/N @ 300 Mbps, USB 3.0 4.8 GB/sec ports and HDMI digital out port in addition to standard VGA video port.

There is no word from MSI on a price or availability of this gaming laptop.
