Inbrics has today announces a brand new Google Android powered MID M1 Smartphone with an AMOLED touch screen and QWERTY keyboard, which is all set to be officially launched in Mobile World Congress being held next week at Barcelona.

The MID M1 smartphone features a 3.7-inch AMOLED full touchscreen glass TFT display that slides to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard and the smartphone is designed to provide media convergence and on-the go entertainment access.

The Inbrics MID M1 is powered by ARM Cortex A8 processor running Google’s open source Android-operating system and the smartphone comes with massive 16GB of internal memory and has a added support for MicroSD card slot for expandable memory storage.

The MID X1 smartphone also comes equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and it features GPS, Bluetooth, 3G or WiMAX, a 3.0-megapixel camera on the back, and a VGA camera on the front.

Inbrics MID M1 has bundled open-source Android OS with host of connected software and devices including the MID M1, PC, IPTV, Server, and media network, leveraging IP-based devices such as: DMB, VoIP / SoIP, and WiBro / WiMax.

The Convergence One or “3 Screen Plus” Android platform enabled MID M1 also makes it easy for consumers to access and share their digital photos, music, movies and more from any device in their home and outside wireless networks.

Inbrics plans to introduce the MID M1 in the U.S. through cable companies and both fixed and wireless carriers in late 2010 or early 2011.
