Epson Launches VS400 3LCD XGA High-Brightness Low-Cost Projector
Epson America today introduced Epson VS400 3LCD XGA Projector – its first offering in a new series of high-brightness, low-cost projectors.
The Epson Epson VS400 3LCD XGA Projector provides presenters with XGA resolution and 4,000 lumens color and white light output2 for ultra-bright presentations and vibrant color in any conference room or classroom.
According to Epson, the market has been looking for a value-priced projector with high brightness, basic functionality and the versatility for use in all lighting conditions.
The simple, bright, easy-to-use Epson VS400, offering 4,000 lumens for under $1,000, delivers on that demand. This projector is the perfect value option for anyone who doesn’t need advanced connectivity options.
Featuring the latest 3LCD, 3-chip technology, the Epson VS400 3LCD XGA Projector delivers amazing, true-to-life color and detail for powerful presentations. 3LCD technology provides an energy efficient light engine which creates stunning images, and in contrast to 1-chip DLP technology, 3LCD requires, on average, 25 percent less electricity per lumen of brightness3.
The Epson VS400 3LCD XGA Projector also provides presenters with value-added features such as Epson’s exclusive E-TORL lamp technology which enables the lamp life to last up to 3,500 hours in economy mode. A built-in closed captioning decoder makes presentations accessible to hearing impaired viewers with no added cost.
