Nokia has announced in India Nokia 2730 Classic mobile phone, a cheapest 3G enabled GSM handset in its class in India that features a 2.0-inch 256K capable display.

At US $96, the Quad-band GSM 850 / 900/ 1800 /1900 MHz and 3G UMTS 900 / 2100 MHz Network ready Nokia 2730 Classic  phone has 5-way navigation key and it features a 2.0-inch, 256K Colors, 240 x 320 pixels CSTN TFT Display, equipped with 30-MB internal storage with comes with microSD expandable memory card support with upto 2-GB capacity offering 1000 entries phonebok and 250 SMS memory.

The new 3G capable Nokia 2730 Classic phone also features 2.0 megapixel camera with Autofocus, 4x digital zoom, with maximum 1600 x 1200 pixels resolution plus built-in LED Flash and Video recoding capability in QVGA @ 10fps.

Nokia 2730 Classic phone offer exciting data connectivity options that includes GPRS class 32, EDGE Class 32, 3G HSDPA 384 kbps, Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP, along with standard hi-speed microUSB 2.0 port for connectivity and charging.
